The Tarot Transformation Cycle

This is the Tarot Transformation Cycle.

Yes, I realize that we’ve already covered the Major Arcana, and it’s 4 segments. The Initiators, the Outside, the Inward Invitation and the Ascendancy. This is helpful for understanding the general energies of the Major Arcana and how they relate to our journey through them.

But we can break them down further though, to deepen our understanding of the interplay between the energies and how they build on each other.

We can use these energies and information to move through blocks and shadows that tend to trip us up.

The tools that I create, I absolutely use in my life. Today I woke up feeling stuck- couldn't figure out what was happening- just spinning in the "messy middle."

I immediately grabbed my journal, and started writing out what was going on. How do I get through this? One phrase I wrote that triggered an A-HA moment was "I need to take this seriously - and I haven't been because I'm afraid that won't work either..."

Well, shit. That's the Regency! I'm in the middle of the Regency in the Tarot Transformation Archetypes- stuck between the Emperor and the Hierophant, to be specific. Between bossing up and owning my wisdom.

And I know exactly what I need to do!

The energies of the Regency hold the archetypes of the Empress, the Emperor and the Hierophant,

The Empress brings abundance, creativity and the promise of growth and expansion. She is the fertile, nurturing ground of possibility and opportunity.

The Emperor shows us order, rules and big boss energy. This card is about discipline, structure and doing the work to gain both inner and outer rewards.

The Hierophant reminds us of how much wisdom we hold within ourselves, and the importance of checking in with that wisdom before adopting new world views and practices.

Why We Get Stuck Here: Because abundance and structure are energies that feel like they need a ton of work to get "just right," and the sense of ownership here can feel like the ultimate goal. But there is more. Ruling over self is more than a feeling, it's an action.

I needed to discover where can I use a firmer foundation, and figure out where am I holding back waiting for outside information to confirm that I'm on the right path?
