When you start working on your goals, it's easy to let yourself get distracted, lose focus, and end up with not-so-great results. Thus begins the vicious cycle of not believing you can do it.
Your excuses (aka "reasons") will sneak in, and keep you from letting yourself move forward.
"I don't have the time" - MAKE the time.
"I don't have the money" - CREATE and properly allocate the money.
"I don't have the energy" - Is there something you can RELEASE to allow the energy to return? Could you break your goal into doable chunks to tackle with the energy you do have??
True, this isn't "easy" but it is simple, and it is SO worth it.
Stay with it. Stay focused. Head down, get it out there, get it done.
Motivation is an inside job.
